1- Consumer Digital Banking Development Officer
Job Requirements:-
- Work closely with Digital Channels Development team members & management to identify research topics.
- Design & conduct user research, identify the best method based on research goals & resources to gather insights for new product & concept developments (including user requirements gathering, prototype testing, & other approaches) ensuring the user needs are fully understood in the service design.
- Work closely with product teams, Digital Channels Development team and technical team members to turn user data into actionable requirements that feed into Digital Banking strategy.
- Modeling insights gained from user research & concept development into formats to enhance organizational understanding of our users such as personas & user behavior and journey maps.
- Collaborate with product owners & Digital Channels Development to apply user-centered design thinking to design & deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities on the product across the platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/ UI designers on the requirement to be included in the wireframing and implementing UX improvements. In addition, conduct & analyze usability testing sessions.
- Present the UX/UI to stakeholders & management explaining design rational. Ensure maintaining prototypes to illustrate functionality communicating the end user experience.
- •Identify and reported the technical factors impacting interface performance (in cooperation with Consumer/ Enterprise Development team and Performance testing team).
- The scope will be covering all the Digital Channels Development Office projects/ platforms, covering both consumer and enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Work on the Public Portal (bank website), Admin Portal development (I.e., live chat integration, etc.) in coordination with ISBD relevant function ensuring full compliance with internal regulations & control functions requirements.
- Conduct regular testing activities related to Public Portal (bank website) & Admin Portal.

2- Senior Corporate Social Responsibility and Shared Value Officer
Job Requirements:-
- Assess partnership requests in accordance to CSR & SD Office Strategy.
- Maintain good relationships with partners and beneficiaries.
- Ensure all partner and beneficiary relations are proactively managed.
- Support Unit Head by acting as a focal point for the Bank’s biggest CSR & SV partners.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR & SV Unit projects and events progress.
- Arrange periodical field visits to monitor and evaluate project progress in coordination with M&E Office and relevant project manager.
- Report on projects and events progress to Unit Head.
- Expected to propose new projects that fit within and leverage on the CSR and SV scope of work.
- Handle day to day tasks relevant.
- Support Unit Head by onboarding new team members and ensuring proper tasks allocation.
- Report on major issues within the project/partnership managed.
- Work closely with peer units and other support functions in the bank like marketing, PR and legal.
- Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility strategy.
- Select partnership and sponsorship opportunities based on Bank objectives and CSR Strategy.
- Supervise and coordinate the roll-out of all CSR projects and events with team members.
- Cooperate with external agencies (PR, Advertising and Media) in order to promote ING CSR initiatives among the general public.
- Improve the awareness of CSR projects across the organization.
- Generate internal employee engagement for CSR activities.
- Support Unit Head by generating follow-up and yearly reports including concrete results vs. objectives.
- Follow the execution of CSR allocated budget and handle financial reporting in coordination with M&E Officer.

2- Senior IT Auditor
Job Requirements:-
- Executing a risk-based auditing methodology in order to provide reasonable assurance on the efficiency and effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control processes within the framework of ISP Audit methodology.
- Participate in forming the audit plan in contribution to the consolidated audit plan.
- Addressing IT, information security, compliance, financial, operational, as well as regulatory risks according to the set Audit Plan.
- Applying the IIA implementation Standards in the audit mission execution.
- Conducting follow-up on the audit recommendations and assessing the action plan.
- Participate in conducting investigations or ad-hoc audit reviews.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders in order to conduct proper follow-ups on remediation plans, deadlines
- Participate in the coordination with external auditors and IT service providers when required;
- Collaborate with the IT Audit Head in the identification and assessment of the IT risks that will drive the design of the annual IT audit plan;
- Contribute to the department’s operational excellence.
Job Qualifications:-
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Auditing & Risk-based Auditing.
- Database security (Oracle, SQL, DB2, etc...)
- Operating Systems security (Linux, Unix)
- Data Analysis / SQL language query
- Applications Controls
- Microsoft products (Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, SCCM,..etc..).
- Solid background on operating Systems security (Linux, Unix)
- Vmware and virtualization technologies
- End point security and encryption solutions
- CISA/CISM and/or CISSP certifications will be considered an asset.
