    • We are a USA based company that focuses on the TOWING industry. We support service in 10 different cities in the US and we are growing rapidly! Our dispatching team is located in Cairo, Egypt supporting our main office in the US.
    • We are a rapidly growing company based out of Seattle WA with great potential.
    • All work is remote. The hours will be according to the Eastern (EST) and Pacific (PST) time zones

      Job Summary: 

      As the Human Resource Administrative Assistant, you will play a key supporting role in the efficient functioning of our Human Resources (HR) department. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to HR personnel, maintaining records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR functions.


      Job Requirements

      Duties/Responsibilities: 

      Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 

      Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. 

      Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 

      Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 

      Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. 

      Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. 

      Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. 

      Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 

      Performs other duties as assigned. 

      Supervisory Responsibilities: 

      Assist HR personnel with administrative tasks, including organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining HR databases.

      Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for potential candidates.

      Help onboard new employees, processing paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions.

      Assist in managing employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of data.

      Support HR personnel in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.

      Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel as needed.

      Collaborate with team members to organize HR events, workshops, and training sessions.

      Assist in administering employee benefits and leave programs.

      Assist in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and manuals.

      Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

      Perform any other administrative duties as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.


      Required Skills/Abilities:  

      Qualifications and Education:
      High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
      Previous experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
      Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is an advantage.
      Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      Required Skills/Abilities:
      Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
      Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documents.
      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and external contacts.
      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
      Proactive and resourceful, capable of identifying and addressing potential challenges.
      Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to support HR personnel and contribute to the overall success of the department.
